I have crocheted before but wanted a comprehensive guide to give me a proper foundation for starting projects. This book has been so useful, it contains everything you need to know. Would highly recommend!

Had a brilliant time with like minded people. A lovely atmosphere warm and kind. And Rebecca has a lot of patience and encouragement. Using this yarn for a 2 coloured Christmas jumper and it's knitting up beautifully. I live the little flex of colour within the main colour.

I’ve been knitting for nigh on 70 years - using the method my Mum taught me, to slip the first stitch of each row, and consequently (so I now know), struggling to achieve a proper mattress stitch, or knowing which stitch to pick up along an edge. WELL, the best tip Jackie gave me was to knit the first stitch, unless the pattern says otherwise. That way, you can easily find which stitch you need to pick up. With the slipped stitch, there is only one available on alternate rows. Genius when you know 🤦🏻‍♀️

I came with two friends, who have been knitting an equal amount of years, and we all learnt something.
Quite apart from spending an afternoon in the best knitting shop I know. Thank you. I’ll bring in the finished cardi soon x

I get so may complements on these socks they are all truly beautiful, long lasting, and so comfortable. A perfect Christmas present though have decided to keep all the pairs bought this year for myself!
