Welcome to this workshop at Wool on the Exe where we will be looking at the Tunisian method of crochet and learning the basic Simple Stitch. This form of crochet is a cross between knitting and crochet and produces a robust fabric which is great for blankets, cushions, bags and other accessories.
In order to participate in this workshop you will need to be able to crochet basic crochet stitches before attending. All materials will be provided on the day. This workshop is led by Sam Linney

I participated in this workshop and it was fantastic. I have some Tunisian crochet patterns I wanted to try but was really intimidated by so when I saw this course available I booked myself on it.
There were 5 of us and it was a really enjoyable two hours. All of the materials were provided and the handout was really informative. The tutor Sam was super friendly and the pace of her delivery was brilliant. She was really patient and spent plenty of time explaining everything as many times as each individual needed.
I really enjoyed the class and I feel ready to tackle those patterns that have been waiting for me.
