Easy-Peasy Mosaic Shawl Pattern

This shawl, designed by Sam Linney, is worked flat, from the centre-neck out and is perfect for anyone looking for a first mosaic crochet project.

This is a really fun and easy make, using double knit (DK) yarn. You can use more or less yarn than Sam did, you can use a different thickness of yarn, add tassels, pom-poms, borders.  It’s a really easy-going, adaptable pattern.  The front of the shawl is subtle, the reverse side is riotous stripes.  What a joy!
